New Book Available on Amazon

Practical Priorities for Fibromyalgia Recovery: 12 Simple Strategies for Creating a Chemical-Free Life, Revving Up Your Immune System, and Improving Your Symptoms released on January 25, 2021. My husband, Vic, and I wrote a book about how I recovered from a chronic illness that has no known cure. How did that happen? Vic's a family physician and medical educator who brought a doctor's perspective to my yearlong personal research project. Me? I was too stubborn to let the whole incurable thing keep me from finding a way to move toward a healthier life. Practical Priorities for Fibromyalgia Recovery is available on Amazon in both a Kindle and paperback version. Click on the version you prefer. Or buy them both! Buy Kindle book. Buy paperback book.

Dash Daily Devotional

Many of you have shared with me that you would love to have a super short devotional meditation to read on those days that what you’re most short on is time. So, this year I'll write a devotional so concise the whole thing fits on a meme! Each Dash Daily Devotional consists of an image, a Bible verse, and a thought about the verse for you to read, ponder, and share. We’ll start in the book of Genesis and look at scripture from every book of the Bible. I’ll post a Dash Devo every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on my Facebook Page, Pinterest, Twitter, and update them at least once a week on the website. It's a good way to focus on living a faith of hope and joy. Love and Blessings to all!
